Temika Dixon is a senior healthcare executive, social worker, management consultant, community strategist, and nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience in social work, managed Medicaid, community outreach, healthcare strategy, and community-based service delivery. She currently serves as the Assistant Prevention Coordinator for Healing Hearts for Community Development, where she co-leads community initiatives focused on substance abuse prevention, wellness promotion, resource access, and family-centered support.
Temika is also the Chief Executive Officer of Impact Connections, a social care organization focused on case management, community engagement, and systems-level support for individuals, families, healthcare providers, and community-based organizations. As founder and CEO, she has built operational infrastructure, implemented performance frameworks, developed service delivery models, and led cross-functional teams committed to improving access, strengthening care coordination, and advancing community-centered solutions.
Throughout her career, Temika has worked across managed care, Medicaid, state and local government systems, nonprofit organizations, public-sector initiatives, and private-sector healthcare environments. Her professional background includes extensive experience in managed Medicaid strategy, community-based program development, strategic partnerships, population health initiatives, stakeholder engagement, revenue development, and operational design. She has held influential roles that have allowed her to support healthcare providers, social service organizations, and community partners in developing business strategies, improving service delivery, and aligning social care priorities with broader healthcare and population health outcomes.
Temika currently leads regional community engagement and revenue development initiatives within a national nonprofit organization, overseeing partnership strategy, stakeholder engagement, corporate sponsorship development, volunteer leadership infrastructure, and multi-market growth efforts. Her leadership reflects a strong ability to build cross-sector partnerships, design scalable program models, and connect healthcare systems with community-based resources that address the social drivers of health.
